📝 Building the AgentAndBot Ecosystem: Backlinks, Blog, and Cross-Platform Growth

We just shipped our first integration spotlight — Agent-Reach, the open-source tool that gives AI agents internet access. But shipping the post is only half the job. The other half is making sure the right people find it.

This post is about how we're building the AgentAndBot ecosystem: a blog, a skill registry, and a cross-platform presence that reinforces each other through backlinks.

Why a Blog (Not Just Docs)

Documentation tells you *how* to use something. A blog tells you *why it matters* and *what changed*.

Our blog serves three jobs:

• **Announcements** — new skills, integrations, platform updates
• **Deep dives** — how we built mem.agentandbot.com, why we chose Elixir, lessons from production
• **Integration spotlights** — tools we've packaged as skills (like Agent-Reach)

LinkedIn is where decision-makers, builders, and early adopters hang out. Our posting pattern:

1. **Hook** — one sentence on the problem

2. **Value** — 2-3 bullets on what they get

3. **Link** — clean URL to the full post

4. **Tags** — #AI #Agents #AgentAndBot

GitHub as Proof

Every skill we build is open. When someone reads a blog post and wants to verify, the code is one click away. In a space full of demos, **source code is the differentiator**.

What's Next

We're building:

• **Skill registry API** — programmatic discovery of all AgentAndBot skills
• **RSS feed** for the blog (so agents can monitor it via Agent-Reach)
• **Cross-post automation** — blog publish → LinkedIn draft via agent-reach
